About The Position

JustPark is seeking a hands-on Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join their US marketing team in Dallas. This is an execution-first role focused on driving demand generation, brand visibility, and channel performance across key verticals: Sports & Entertainment, Universities, CRE, and Municipalities. Reporting to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing, the role involves close collaboration with the commercial team, acting as the primary marketing contact for US sales and account management. A core part of the role will be managing the US market's extensive conference and events calendar with rigor and creativity. This is an opportunity to execute B2B marketing for a fast-growing parking technology platform, working at the intersection of sales, events, and digital with measurable commercial impact. The position is part of a collaborative, ambitious global team that values creative thinking and supports professional growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or a venue/hospitality environment.
  • Strong execution skills and ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proven experience managing conferences and industry events end-to-end, including budget ownership and agency coordination.
  • Hands-on experience across email marketing, LinkedIn content, paid social (LinkedIn Ads), and paid search (Google Ads).
  • Strong written communication skills with a sharp eye for brand and design consistency.
  • Experience working with external agencies and freelancers to deliver content and creative at pace.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
  • Familiarity with demand generation metrics — MQL volume, CPL, pipeline contribution — and a data-driven approach to optimisation.
  • Comfortable interpreting performance data to draw insights and shape programme decisions.
  • Experience designing and briefing reporting frameworks that track programme health clearly for senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborative by nature, enjoying teamwork and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and promotion of thought leadership and other content for owned channels.
  • Manage the JustPark LinkedIn account and blog, and partner with channel owners to optimize content for SEO and GEO.
  • Brief and manage external agencies and freelancers to deliver content and creative, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Own JustPark’s end-to-end presence at US industry conferences, managing budget, logistics, swag, travel, agency relationships, sales team alignment, and client entertaining.
  • Track events ROI and continuously improve JustPark's market presence.
  • Execute JustPark’s sponsorship deals with pro sports teams and venues, ensuring partners have the right assets to promote JustPark.
  • Brief the brand team on creative assets needed for sponsorship commitments.
  • Execute account engagement activity in coordination with Account Management and CRM teams, including client newsletters, lunch & learns, and webinars.
  • Partner with CRM to build cross-sell and upsell communications.
  • Work closely with the US commercial team, attending sales meetings, managing inbound marketing requests, and keeping the sales enablement page current.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for the US commercial team, ensuring marketing programs align with commercial priorities.
  • Contribute to wider US marketing planning with energy, ideas, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Track and report on B2B KPIs: MQL volume and quality, content engagement, paid campaign performance, and events ROI.
  • Define a structured testing approach across campaigns and channels, using results to improve performance.
  • Report regularly to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing on programme health, insights, and recommendations.
