About The Position

JustPark is seeking a hands-on Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join their US marketing team in Dallas. This is an execution-first role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the US marketing plan, focusing on demand generation, brand visibility, and channel performance across key verticals: Sports & Entertainment, Universities, CRE, and Municipalities. The role reports to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing in New York City and will be embedded with the commercial team, serving as the primary marketing contact for US sales and account management. A significant part of the role will involve managing the US market's extensive conference and events calendar with rigor and creativity. This is an opportunity to execute B2B marketing for a fast-growing parking technology platform, working at the intersection of sales, events, and digital with measurable commercial impact. The position is part of a collaborative, ambitious global team that values creative thinking and supports professional growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or a venue/hospitality environment.
  • Strong execution skills — a project manager at heart, able to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Proven experience managing conferences and industry events end-to-end, including budget ownership and agency coordination.
  • Hands-on experience across email marketing, LinkedIn content, paid social (LinkedIn Ads) and paid search (Google Ads).
  • Strong written communication skills with a sharp eye for brand and design consistency.
  • Experience working with external agencies and freelancers to deliver content and creative at pace.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
  • Familiarity with demand generation metrics — MQL volume, CPL, pipeline contribution — and a data-driven approach to optimisation.
  • Comfortable interpreting performance data to draw insights and shape programme decisions.
  • Experience designing and briefing reporting frameworks that track programme health clearly for senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, autonomous and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and promotion of thought leadership and other content for owned channels according to the strategy set by the Senior Director of B2B Marketing.
  • Manage the JustPark LinkedIn account as well as the blog, and partner with channel owners (web & email) to optimize existing content for SEO and GEO.
  • Brief and manage external agencies and freelancers to deliver content and creative at pace, ensuring brand consistency across every asset.
  • Own JustPark’s presence at US industry conferences end-to-end, including managing budget, logistics, swag, travel, agency relationships, internal sales team alignment and client entertaining.
  • Track events ROI and continuously raise the bar on how JustPark shows up in the market.
  • Execute JustPark’s sponsorship deals with pro sports teams and venues, ensuring partner venues have the right assets to promote JustPark to their audiences.
  • Brief the brand team on any creative assets needed to fulfill sponsorship commitments, keeping every deal activated and on-brand.
  • Execute account engagement activity in coordination with Account Management and CRM teams — sending client newsletters, supporting the logistics of lunch & learns and webinars, and ensuring the right materials reach the right accounts at the right time.
  • Partner with CRM to build cross-sell and upsell communications that introduce clients to new JustPark products and capabilities.
  • Work closely with the US commercial team — attending sales meetings as needed, managing inbound marketing requests from sales and account management, and keeping the sales enablement page current.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for the US commercial team, ensuring marketing programs are always aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Contribute to wider US marketing planning, bringing energy, ideas and a genuinely collaborative mindset to the team.
  • Track and report on B2B KPIs: MQL volume and quality, content engagement, paid campaign performance and events ROI.
  • Define a structured testing approach across campaigns and channels, using results to continuously improve performance.
  • Report regularly to the Senior Director of B2B Marketing on programme health, insights and recommendations.
