Adobe’s Lifecycle Marketing team drives growth through high-impact programs, continuous optimization, and experimentation. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on lifecycle marketing leader to manage a small team and drive pipeline growth across Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud SMB offerings. This role requires deep B2B experience in targeted account marketing and account-based experiences (ABX) —paired with strong analytical rigor and cross-functional influence. In this role, you will set strategy and operating cadence for email programs, translate business priorities into a clear roadmap, and ensure your team delivers measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with Go-to-Market and Sales to align on target accounts and segments, define success metrics, and deliver coordinated, personalized journeys that accelerate progression from awareness to pipeline.
