Mudflap is seeking a customer-obsessed Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their fast-growing marketplace business. This role requires a candidate who can operate at both strategic and executional levels, setting the long-term vision for customer engagement and retention while also being hands-on with campaign execution, segmentation, experimentation, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be energized by moving between strategy and craft, customer insight and operational excellence, and long-term thinking and day-to-day execution. This position will own Mudflap's end-to-end customer lifecycle across various channels, designing experiences to help customers realize value faster and deepen their relationship with Mudflap. The role involves building AI-powered personalization, developing lifecycle programs for customer engagement and business growth, and becoming an expert on customer loyalty and high lifetime value advocacy. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Data, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, requiring collaboration to improve customer journeys, strengthen activation and retention, support lead conversion and product adoption, and build a connected growth engine. It is ideal for someone who loves ownership, experimentation, rich behavioral data, and seeing their work directly impact revenue.
