•$137,900 - $221,400

About The Position

The Senior Manager, Audience GTM owns go-to-market strategy and full-funnel demand generation for ServiceTitan’s FieldRoutes and Property Care products. It manages pipeline planning and demand generation budgets, sets inbound targets, monitors funnel health, and reports performance to senior leadership. The position also works with RevOps on lead processes, attribution, forecasting, and reporting systems, and with Sales and Product on pipeline quality, launches, feature positioning, and early-access programs.

  • Experience leading go-to-market strategy and product launches in partnership with Sales and Product.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to align and drive execution across channel teams, Sales, Product, and RevOps without direct authority over all of them.

  • Fluency with funnel metrics and attribution, and comfort building and defending a data-based pipeline plan.

Nice To Haves

  • Set the cadence and framework for launches, campaigns, and market or segment expansion.
  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy, from top-of-funnel awareness through lead and opportunity creation.
  • Build and manage the pipeline plan and demand generation budget against revenue targets; forecast and report on funnel performance.
  • Influence channel and program mix with teams responsible for paid media, content, email, SEO/GEO, web, and social to improve pipeline efficiency and lead quality.

  • Partner with RevOps on lead scoring, routing, and SLAs so inbound leads convert efficiently.
  • Monitor and report inbound funnel health, including volume, conversion, and velocity, and course-correct in-quarter.
  • Report pipeline and inbound performance to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Work with Demand Generation channel teams to brief, prioritize, and align programs to the go-to-market and pipeline plan.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline coverage, lead-quality feedback, and campaign-to-close alignment.
  • Partner with Product on launch timing, feature positioning, and beta or early-access programs.
