As Senior Manager, Americas Marketing Strategy, you will help define how our brands show up in the market. You will bring together insight, creativity, and performance-driven marketing to inspire the next generation of luxury travelers. We're looking for a strategic, consumer-obsessed marketer who excels at the intersection of brand, media, and partnerships. You will develop comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategies that increase awareness, consideration, and conversion across our Luxury and Lifestyle brands. You will translate category priorities into actionable marketing plans—working with Brand Marketing, Media and creative agencies, and internal partners to bring campaigns and collaborations to life. From partnerships to performance media and compelling storytelling, you'll help create integrated programs that reach new audiences and create measurable impact. This role is for a marketer who combines creativity with a data-first mindset, enjoys building partnerships, and finds energy in working in a collaborative environment. You'll help shape the future of Hilton's luxury and Lifestyle marketing while contributing to one of the most recognized and respected brands in the world.
