About The Position

Amex Digital Labs seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead partner integrations for Agentic Commerce at American Express. The role works with AI platforms, payment service providers, wallet providers, merchants, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to turn platform capabilities into scalable partner implementations that encourage adoption while maintaining customer trust, security, and operational excellence. The position focuses on the strategy and execution required for seamless, secure agent-driven transactions. It will define customer experiences, platform capabilities, and trust frameworks that can scale across partners and future use cases, while developing expertise in emerging agentic commerce protocols, card payments infrastructure, and new interaction models. Working with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams, the role leads integrations across partners, shapes the end-to-end customer experience, and advances innovation at the intersection of AI, payments, and digital trust. As a trusted, closed-loop network, American Express can extend its authentication, authorization, identity, and risk capabilities into AI-powered commerce while preserving Card Member visibility and control over agent-initiated activity. The role will help define experiences and capabilities that create value for Card Members, merchants, partners, and the broader ecosystem, drawing on the company’s membership model, premium brand, and data assets.
