American Express•New York, NY
•$123,000 - $215,250

About The Position

Amex Digital Labs is seeking a product leader to lead partner integrations for Agentic Commerce at American Express. The role works with AI platforms, payment service providers, wallet providers, merchants, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to turn platform capabilities into scalable partner implementations that drive adoption while maintaining customer trust, security, and operational excellence. The position focuses on the strategy and execution needed to enable seamless, secure agent-driven transactions. This includes defining customer experiences, platform capabilities, and trust frameworks that can scale across partners and future use cases. The role requires building expertise in emerging agentic commerce protocols, card payments infrastructure, and new interaction models; leading integrations across multiple partners; shaping the end-to-end customer experience; and driving innovation at the intersection of AI, payments, and digital trust. As part of American Express’s closed-loop network, the role will help extend authentication, authorization, identity, and risk capabilities into AI-powered commerce while preserving Card Member visibility and control over agent-initiated activity. The position will help define experiences and capabilities that create value for Card Members, merchants, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
