About The Position

Fidelity is seeking a data-driven Senior Manager, Advanced Data Analytics who can transform complex data into clear, trusted insights and scalable business intelligence products. The role combines analytical and technical expertise with business acumen. As a full-stack analytics professional, the successful candidate will deliver end-to-end BI solutions and insights while partnering with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes. The position sits within the Advanced Analytics & AI Insights (A3i) Team, which delivers trusted metrics, dashboards, and advanced insights to support decision-making across the organization. The team partners across business and technology to improve data quality, enable self-service reporting, and build scalable, well-governed BI products. Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Current onsite requirements vary by role and location and may evolve; the transition does not apply to fully remote roles. The base salary range is $107,000–$216,000 USD per year. Placement depends on responsibilities and scope, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors. Depending on position and eligibility, compensation may also include a bonus or other variable compensation. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience working with data insight solutioning.
Knowledge of business statistics and quantitative methods.
Proficiency in SQL and Python, including pandas and data-processing libraries.
Experience with BI and analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and metric modeling.
Experience with pipeline logic and ETL practices.
Experience with data quality and reconciliation methods.
Experience with cloud data warehouses and analytics platforms such as Snowflake.
Experience with stakeholder partnership, consultative communication, and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and create reporting experiences and insights that support decision-making.
Own end-to-end delivery of production business intelligence solutions.
Partner consultatively with stakeholders to translate objectives into measurable outcomes and promote a consistent single source of truth across stakeholders and domains.
Conduct deep data discovery, including source-to-target relationships, data lineage, business rules, and operational nuances.
Optimize advanced SQL for large-scale data processing and build scalable, high-quality datasets through strong data-shaping practices.
Document definitions, assumptions, and limitations to ensure auditability, and partner with governance and platform teams to align on standards.
Design and maintain data quality controls, including validation, anomaly detection, and completeness checks.
Design and deliver intuitive, high-performing dashboards and semantic reporting layers that enable self-service analytics and align with business workflows.
Apply visualization best practices, optimize dashboard performance, and manage release lifecycles.
Apply statistical and quantitative methods for diagnostic and predictive insights, including hypothesis testing and statistical comparisons.
Independently conduct advanced analyses and build business cases, including ROI and impact measurement tied to actions and outcomes.
