About The Position

The Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights is a domain expert who proposes and delivers targeted research and advanced analytics to support business decision-making. Placement within the range depends on responsibilities and scope, geographic location, relevant experience, and other factors. Depending on position and eligibility, compensation may also include a bonus or other variable compensation. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and 4 years of experience working with data insight solutioning.
• Basic competence translating business problems into analytical, quantitative, or advanced analytics work.
• Knowledge of business statistics and quantitative methods, with the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, particularly trends and patterns for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
• Expertise with data workflow tools and a solid understanding of data and database concepts, tools, and technologies, with the ability to optimize and drive scale.
• Proficiency writing and decoding SQL and Python, and working experience with Python libraries.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
• A consultative approach to understanding others’ needs and regularly communicating ideas or suggestions in actionable terms while building lasting stakeholder partnerships.
