The Senior Manager, Administration serves as a central operational partner responsible for the systems, processes, communications, and administrative operations that support WorkMoney, Inc.’s organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the Director, Administration, this role supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes, internal communications, technology administration, and organizational operations. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, the Senior Manager, Administration strengthens organizational infrastructure, drives operational excellence, and serves as a trusted resource across the organization. This role requires assisting and acting in a confidential capacity for the Administration Department, with regard to management policies related to labor relations and may substitute for other employees having such duties.
