The role oversees Central Administration unit including ACA Accreditation, FOIA and Records Management, and Grants Administration ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong operational support across the agency. This position leads high-priority strategic initiatives and projects, turning executive direction into actionable plans and driving continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with executive leaders, correctional operations, and external partners, the Manager promotes data-informed decision-making, strengthens accountability, and advances modernization efforts. Additionally, the position represents the Deputy Director on assigned initiatives, guides cross-functional workgroups, and manages complex projects to support emerging organizational needs.
