About The Position

Fiddler is seeking an AI-forward Senior Manager of ABM & Campaigns to build and scale account-based programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue. This role is for a modern revenue marketer who combines strategic instincts, operational rigor, an experimentation mindset, systems fluency, and strong editorial judgment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using AI tools, building lightweight agents or automations, experimenting with no-code workflows, and finding ways to make Go-To-Market processes more efficient and intelligent. This is a builder and problem solver role focused on making it impossible for the right companies to ignore Fiddler.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience across ABM, demand generation, integrated campaigns, or revenue marketing — ideally in SaaS, AI, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • Strong grasp of B2B buying committees, account segmentation, and pipeline creation.
  • Ability to shape narratives and craft messaging that resonates with buyers.
  • Hands-on with modern GTM tools; intent data, enrichment, sales engagement, analytics, automation.
  • Comfortable building agents, no-code workflows, and signal-based selling motions.
  • Data-driven, collaborative, and clear in communication of impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale account-based programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Lead ABM strategy and execution across priority accounts, segments, industries, personas, and pipeline goals.
  • Build integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, content, digital, SDR activation, executive engagement, and sales plays.
  • Develop account journeys, campaign themes, content plans, messaging, landing page concepts, sales enablement, and follow-up motions.
  • Use AI to improve account research, personalization, content repurposing, messaging tests, campaign QA, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Use data, intent signals, enrichment, engagement insights, and funnel reporting to improve targeting, orchestration, and conversion.
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, audiences, channels, offers, content formats, and sales follow-up.
