Senior ABM Manager

AxonifyWaterloo, ON
CA$102,000 - CA$153,000Hybrid

About The Position

Axonify is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior ABM Manager to join its Growth and Demand Generation team. This role will drive pipeline and revenue across critical segments and top accounts using a full-spectrum, multi-channel approach, going beyond traditional 1:1 or 1:few account plays. The manager will act as a central connector between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue, translating go-to-market priorities into coordinated activation plans. Collaboration with Product Marketing will be key to shaping vertical positioning and applying it to campaigns that reach priority accounts with precision and relevance. A builder's mindset, performance-driven approach, and cross-functional instincts are essential for success.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with direct ownership of account-based marketing or account-centric demand programs
  • Demonstrated experience developing content and campaigns tailored to specific verticals, buyer segments, or named accounts
  • Proven track record of executing ABM programs that influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing to shape positioning and bring vertical strategies to market
  • Proficiency in data reporting and visualization — with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights and stakeholder recommendations
  • Experience with 6sense, Demandbase, or other intent and ABM platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts across a range of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Revenue, and Product teams
  • Solution-oriented, proactive mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end ABM strategy for priority segments and top accounts — spanning 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays — to drive high-quality pipeline and revenue
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop vertical-specific positioning and translate it into campaign strategy for new and existing industry segments
  • Define and refine account segmentation and tiering in partnership with Sales, Revenue, and Product Marketing
  • Identify net-new vertical opportunities and build the playbooks to pursue them
  • Lead multi-channel ABM execution across paid social, display, content syndication, and other account-based channels
  • Develop content and campaigns tailored to specific verticals, buyer personas, and account tiers — from awareness through to pipeline acceleration
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to apply cross-channel insights and optimize campaign performance
  • Establish operating processes and communication frameworks to keep Marketing and Sales tightly aligned around ABM priorities and account plans
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for priority accounts, ensuring timely, relevant, and coordinated outreach
  • Partner with Sales to build and execute account-level plays that accelerate deals and drive net-new pipeline
  • Build and maintain reporting that measures ABM impact across engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence
  • Leverage intent data and performance signals to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders across Marketing and Sales
