Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Sales/Leasing, admissions, marketing or community relations experience with a record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals through relationship selling with a demonstrated ability to close
• Proven successful track record in sales and marketing (established portfolio of clientele)
• Fair Housing Certification or ability to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Genuine ability to connect with people

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience in retirement housing-such as assisted living, independent living, or memory care
• Experience with retirement housing (AL. IL or Memory Care) or related work within the senior living industries
