This role is ideal for someone who can thoughtfully drive occupancy forward while building a strong foundation for long-term success, including maintaining high occupancy and developing a healthy waitlist. Your focus will include: Growing occupancy toward and within the 95–100% range, Creating sustainable demand through a strong prospect pipeline and waitlist, Delivering a personalized, relationship-first sales experience, Building meaningful connections with prospects, families, and local partners.
