The Senior Lease Administrator ensures the accuracy of pricing controls, contractual elements, and all other metrics within the production of lease agreements, amendments, and addenda. This role involves processing and reviewing work efficiently in a secure and confidential environment, monitoring specialized queues for Lease Administration, and preparing training materials for new initiatives and addendums.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in residential leasing, Real Estate, or Property Management.
  • Advanced PC skills with strong proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, accounting, lease agreements, and general ledger.
  • Clerical and administrative experience.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in interpretation, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal, with effective interaction at all levels.
  • Strong development and appraisal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager and RentCafe preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and review tenant and general ledger questions related to rental charges, such as rental rates, M2M, and renewal increases, and create charge batches.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in charges and ledger against lease agreements, providing regular reports to the supervisor.
  • Serve as a role model to Lease Administration Coordinators and Lease Auditors by assisting with training and offering subject matter expertise regarding lease documentation.
  • Develop specialized workflows to monitor and audit new releases of lease-related updates.
  • Oversee work product disputes.
  • Process, validate, and approve broker commissions from the Leasing team.
