The Senior Development Program (SDP) is a high-impact, 12–18 month rotational experience designed to accelerate readiness for department level and site level leadership roles. Participants will gain exposure to leading safety and reliability processes in a wood products manufacturing environment, developing and implementing strategic site level initiatives, and build knowledge and skills related to our manufacturing processes. We are seeking experienced leaders who are operationally minded thinkers with a bias for action, passionate about developing people and building inclusive teams, and ready to take on site level manufacturing challenges that drive long-term value.
