About The Position

3500 Square LLC is seeking qualified Senior / Lead ServiceNow Developers for a potential project opportunity, subject to contract award or project confirmation. The role requires technical expertise in ServiceNow development, platform security, and instance hardening. The successful candidate will design, develop, configure, and secure ServiceNow environments while applying cybersecurity best practices. Position availability, work arrangements, compensation, and anticipated start dates will be confirmed as additional project details become available.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience developing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow security architecture and instance hardening.
• Experience with access controls, security configurations, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and security best practices.
• CompTIA or Cisco Security Certification.
• U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience serving as a Lead ServiceNow Developer or Technical Lead.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience supporting federal government or highly regulated environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform security assessments and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement and maintain security controls within ServiceNow instances.
• Perform ServiceNow instance security hardening and configuration reviews.
• Identify, assess, and remediate platform security vulnerabilities.
• Configure and manage access controls, user roles, permissions, and security policies.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices to protect ServiceNow environments.
• Troubleshoot technical and security-related issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient platform operations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow development and security practices.
