About The Position

Kyndryl is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Lead, Product Management to drive product vision, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of products. This leadership role is responsible for aligning business objectives with customer needs, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep product management expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex technology products in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale digital products or platforms
Strong background in Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
This position will require you to work onsite at our Frisco TX location 4-5 days a week
This position is for a government client and we can only hire US citizens.

Nice To Haves

Experience in government, transportation, or regulated industries (e.g., DMV, ADOT)
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrations
MBA or advanced degree
Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Product board)
Background in digital transformation or modernization initiatives

Responsibilities

Define and lead product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to organizational goals
Own end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple products or platforms
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture
Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into product initiatives
Drive product planning, prioritization, and execution across engineering, design, and operations teams
Establish and manage product governance, KPIs, and performance frameworks
Oversee backlog management and ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Leverage customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to inform product decisions
Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
Ensure successful product launches, including go-to-market strategy, adoption, and lifecycle management
Identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
