Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager – Deposit Customer Account Funnel to join the Consumer Banking & Lending organization. This role reports to the Head of Deposit Customer Growth Journeys and is accountable for driving customer growth across the end‑to‑end deposit application experience. In this highly visible position, the Senior Lead partners closely with executive leadership across Product, Digital, Marketing, and Finance to shape and execute business and product strategies that expand the deposit customer base. The role owns the customer journey and associated business case and is directly responsible for delivering measurable growth outcomes through data‑driven decision making and rigorous product execution. In this role, you will: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping and influencing digital products, initiatives, roadmaps, and long-term strategies to address highly complex business and technical needs within the Digital environment. Partner with the Product Director to drive ongoing optimization of the account opening funnel, improving customer experience and business outcomes. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex, ambiguous challenges, applying deep evaluation across multiple functions and enterprise-wide stakeholders. Deliver long-term, scalable solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Coordinate and guide highly complex initiatives, providing direction and mentorship to cross-functional teams. Champion a culture centered on customer experience and data-driven decision-making. Strategically engage and influence professionals and leaders at all levels across the enterprise. Serve as a recognized subject matter expert and senior advisor to leadership on digital strategy and execution.
