The role drives digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience using design thinking and best practices. It involves monitoring the marketplace for digital experience trends, recommending and prioritizing new digital experiences or enhancements, and driving business case development. The Digital Product Manager Lead Senior develops and designs features for new or existing digital experiences, managing their development, production, roll-out, and promotion. Collaboration with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing, and other internal/external partners is crucial to ensure strategic goals are met. The role also involves partnering with Marketing for product-specific initiatives, potentially participating in client-facing activities, and supporting risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense. Ultimately, this position drives business, financial, and customer experience results for new and existing products, recommending modifications to improve outcomes.
