About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with broad enterprise impact. You will act as a key participant in large-scale planning, review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience areas, and influence digital strategy for the business line. This requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors, and making decisions with a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and/or compliance requirements. You will lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives, and strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. This role may also involve leading projects, teams, or serving as a peer mentor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Networking domain knowledge
  • Software product management

  • Experience owning and managing multi‑year digital product roadmaps, including prioritization, sequencing of initiatives, and alignment to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence third‑party vendors and partners, including performance oversight, contract collaboration, and delivery accountability
  • Proven experience applying financial stewardship to digital initiatives, including budget management, investment trade‑off decisions, and data‑informed prioritization
