As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior within PNC's Digital Retail organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Columbous, OH or Philadelphia, PA. As a Lead Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class, digital application experience for our customers, with a focus on Consumer Deposit account opening. You will be leading an Agile development team and collaborating with many teams across the enterprise to drive an evolving Digital experience for PNC customers engaging in the Digital Channel. The role drives digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices. It monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences, prioritizing and decisioning these recommendations. The position drives business case development, develops and designs the features of new or existing digital experiences, and manages their development, production, roll-out or promotion. It partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. The role also partners with Marketing for product-specific initiatives, may participate in client-facing activities, and supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense. It drives business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products, recommending modifications to improve them. The position may also coordinate and/or coach Product Managers and Associates.
