About The Position

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. Kyndryl Vital is a global network of designers, engineers, writers, researchers, and strategists focused on helping customers make sense of complexity and co-create intelligent and adaptive experience ecosystems. This role is a 100% on-site position in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. A Creative Technologist bridges design vision and engineering execution through experimentation, combining technical expertise with human-centered design to prototype and implement innovative solutions using code, hardware, and emerging technologies. As a Senior Lead Creative Technologist at Kyndryl Vital US, you will lead design initiatives on complex projects, ensuring innovative and intuitive solutions aligned with client objectives. You will act as a hands-on expert and team leader, driving the use of emerging technologies, setting prototyping standards, and overseeing the end-to-end design process. You will build relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on technologies like agentic AI, IoT, or AR. Internally, you will mentor design and engineering teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and collaboration. You will partner with delivery leads to ensure creative technology workstreams align with timelines and goals, influencing implementation decisions and ensuring the final product reflects the intended experience. You will balance big ideas with practical constraints to deliver groundbreaking and scalable solutions.
