Senior L&D Program Manager - Manager Programs
About The Position
As Senior L&D Program Manager - Manager Programs, you will continue to develop and operate a best-in-class global Manager Development Program for Crusoe’s global manager population. This role is ideal for an experienced L&D strategist who moves quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings instructional precision, big-picture thinking, and operational excellence. You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution—designing and facilitating manager experiences, curating learning journeys, and establishing data-driven feedback loops. Partnering directly with senior leaders across engineering, data center operations, manufacturing, and corporate teams, you will ensure our leaders are equipped to scale with Crusoe’s rapid growth.
Requirements
- 8–10+ Years of L&D Leadership: Proven track record in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design, with explicit experience scaling manager programs inside technical, engineering, or industrial organizations.
- Deep understanding of how engineering, technical operations, and manufacturing leads operate, what motivates them, and how to build credibility in highly technical cultures.
- Expertise using workforce analytics and learning metrics to evaluate program ROI, identify performance risks, and justify strategic interventions.
- Equal parts strategic architect and hands-on builder; comfortable designing frameworks from scratch in ambiguous, fast-growing environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel to global offices, manufacturing sites, and data centers as needed (approx. 25% travel).

- Advanced grounding in adult learning theory or organizational effectiveness.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools such as WorkRamp, Lattice, Confluence, or modern LMS/knowledge platforms.
- Genuine curiosity about AI systems, hardware manufacturing, and the physical data center infrastructure powering future technologies.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and continuously evolve Crusoe’s Manager Program (“Manager Bootcamp”), aligning content with company strategy, culture, and operational priorities.
- Build a cohesive, end-to-end development journey that connects managers to Crusoe’s mission, business model, and organizational impact.
- Partner with internal teams (HR / People, Talent Development, senior leadership) to build modular and team-specific development tracks tailored to technical, manufacturing, and data center operational teams.
- Build robust measurement frameworks and feedback loops to evaluate program effectiveness, track leadership performance metrics, and optimize operational delivery.
- Partner closely with People, IT, Workplace, and business leaders to create seamless, high-touch manager experiences.
