About The Position

At Gifthealth, we're revolutionizing the way people experience healthcare by simplifying the process of managing prescriptions and health services. Our mission is to provide a seamless, personalized, and efficient healthcare experience for all our customers. We're a dynamic, innovative, and customer-centric company dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives. This position plays a key role in supporting the Enterprise Learning & Development team within the People Team, and will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise L&D, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. It serves as a dedicated support function for every program owner, facilitator, and instructional designer on the Enterprise L&D team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of experience administering an LMS or LXP (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Docebo, Absorb, or similar platforms), with a proven track record managing learning operations at scale, including enrollments, compliance tracking, reporting, and system configuration.
  • Strong systems and process orientation, with the ability to build order out of ambiguity and translate business needs into scalable workflows.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools. Excel/Sheets required; experience with BI tools such as Metabase or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to support learners, facilitators, and executives alike.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industry, with familiarity managing compliance-driven training requirements.
  • Exposure to HRIS integrations, SSO/SCIM provisioning, or API-based system connections.
  • Experience supporting a high-growth or rapidly scaling organization, where systems and processes are actively being built and matured.

Responsibilities

  • Own the learning technology stack end to end: administer, configure, and continuously improve the LMS/LXP, ensuring uptime, data integrity, and a seamless experience for every learner.
  • Architect scalable systems and workflows: design course catalogs, learning paths, automation rules, and integrations (HRIS, SSO, content libraries) that scale as Gifthealth grows.
  • Manage vendor and platform relationships: serve as the primary point of contact for LMS/LXP vendors, evaluating upgrades and new features and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Safeguard data quality and reporting: build and maintain dashboards and reports on completion rates, compliance status, and program effectiveness for L&D and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure security and access governance: manage user roles, permissions, and data privacy standards in line with Gifthealth's compliance and integrity commitments.
  • Run day-to-day learning operations: manage course scheduling, enrollments, waitlists, completions, and certifications across all active programs.
  • Oversee compliance and required training: track mandatory and regulatory training to completion, proactively flagging gaps before they become risks.
  • Support facilitators and program owners: coordinate logistics for instructor-led and virtual sessions, including materials, calendars, and post-session reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation: resolve learner and manager questions about access, progress, and program logistics quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs: keep process guides, admin playbooks, and knowledge-base articles current so the L&D operation runs smoothly regardless of who's on shift.
  • Act as the operational backbone for the Enterprise L&D team: provide hands-on systems and administrative support to every instructional designer, facilitator, and program owner, regardless of the initiative they are running.
  • Partner with L&D program designers: translate curriculum and content plans into fully built, tested, and launched learning experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement: gather feedback from learners and stakeholders, and use it to refine systems, processes, and the overall learning experience.
