About The Position

The Ops Services Lead - L&D Programs leads the administration and delivery of enterprise learning and development programs that support workforce capability and organizational development objectives. The role manages Learning and Development Program Specialists responsible for implementing programs, coordinating activities, and supporting stakeholders. It establishes priorities, allocates resources, and oversees execution to ensure consistent delivery and program effectiveness. The position partners with People Practices leaders, facilitators, and business stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational needs and workforce development priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7–10 years of experience in learning and development, program management, organizational development, or related experience.
2–4 years of experience leading team members, project teams, or program administration activities.

Responsibilities

Manage Learning and Development Program Specialists responsible for implementing and administering enterprise learning programs and development initiatives.
Establish program priorities, work assignments, and operational processes to support effective delivery of learning initiatives across the organization.
Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs, including schedules, communications, participant experience, and program logistics.
Partner with stakeholders to align learning program delivery with workforce development objectives and organizational priorities.
Review program participation, completion, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop team capability through coaching, performance management, workload planning, and professional development activities.
Promote consistency in learning program administration, communication, and participant support across learning and development initiatives.
