About The Position

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Senior Key Art / Print Producer to join their Key Art Production team. This team is responsible for the finishing, adaptations, and delivery of static digital artwork and all printed materials, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising, for Amazon MGM Studios' film and series campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external studio services to produce high-quality creative assets that are designed, localized, and finished for multiple channels and markets, ensuring an impactful customer experience. The ideal candidate will balance creative quality with operational efficiency, possess strong vendor management skills, and be adept at managing creative work through internal teams or external vendors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of creative services experience.
  • Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company.
  • Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio.
  • Experience leading process improvements or operations tool implementations (e.g. digital asset management tool).
  • Experience with digital asset management tools.
  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS.

Responsibilities

  • Produce digital and print key art assets and adapted art for use across diverse media mixes, including Amazon owned & operated channels, paid digital placements, OOH, paid and organic social.
  • Read and understand spec sheets to accurately QC incoming files, checking for correct pixel count, dimensions, and other specified requirements.
  • Ensure assets are in the correct color space and understand when to leverage specific color profiles.
  • Understand the difference between vector and bitmap files and when to use each.
  • Assess required resolution to ensure OOH materials print at a high quality bar.
  • Liaise closely with internal campaign management and creative leads to understand campaign goals, creative strategy, and project constraints (budgets, timelines).
  • Successfully manage internal creative reviews and approvals.
  • Own communications with external vendors to produce finished art and all relevant adaptations.
  • Manage art finishing, including proof reviews, to ensure creative quality and color accuracy.
  • Advise on creative design direction in relation to various breakouts and based on expert knowledge of media type.
  • Translate complex media plans into clear creative production plans, and recommend solutions that maximize quality within set budget and timeline limitations.
  • Responsibly manage artwork finishing and asset production budgets with regular reporting to campaign management and marketing finance teams.
  • Optimize project management systems and workflows to simplify end-to-end production and invent scalable asset creation processes.
