About The Position

Prime Video is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide support to the Head of Product in Seattle, Washington. The individual in this role will be detail-oriented, have solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. You will be an experienced planner, understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and drive improvements. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful and a creative problem solver. This person will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with work space planning/management
  • Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed

Responsibilities

  • Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Help plan domestic & international travel itineraries and process expenses
  • Event organization, off-sites, town hall meetings, and group communications
  • Administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, purchase orders
  • Track and drive to completion key deliverables and follow up
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Legal partners
  • Provide coverage for other executives as needed
  • Meeting and greeting internal and external guests
  • Drive operational cadences (staff meetings, QBRs, planning cycles) and continuously improve team mechanisms
