About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly skilled engineer proficient in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technologies, with Centric PLM preferred, along with Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, JPA, Hibernate, Azure SQL, and MongoDB. The role includes both production support and development work, with weekday and weekend production support shifts during PST hours.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technologies.
• Proficiency in Java 11, 17, or 21; Spring Boot; microservices; RESTful APIs; JPA; Hibernate; Azure SQL; and MongoDB.
• Willingness to work in both support and development ecosystems, including weekday and weekend production support shifts during PST hours.

• Centric PLM experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and execute resolution steps.
• Build a comprehensive Known Error Database (KEDB) for recurring and unique incidents.
• Guide the offshore team in building competency in incident management.
• Work on PLM configurations and minor enhancement development stories.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
