About The Position

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring on behalf of its client for an 18-month hybrid contract in Newark, Delaware. The Fraud Technology team is seeking a senior-level Java full-stack developer to collaborate with product owners and an agile team to design and build scalable solutions supporting business initiatives in the fraud domain. The role requires advanced problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, clear verbal and written/presentation communication, and the ability to work both collaboratively in a supportive, transparent team and independently to research and resolve issues. The developer should be able to engage with and influence teams across technology and the business. The position follows a hybrid arrangement of three onsite days and two remote days per week; candidates must be local to Newark, DE and willing to work onsite three days weekly. The stated pay range is $60–$65 per hour, potentially negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. No visa sponsorship is available; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience; financial-industry experience is preferred.
• Java/J2EE and object-oriented design and programming.
• Spring; Spring Boot is specifically listed, and Spring Batch or Spring Integration experience is also mentioned.
• At least one ORM/persistence framework: iBatis/MyBatis, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Experience with messaging frameworks such as Kafka.
• SOA, REST/SOAP web services, microservices, JAX-WS, or JAX-RS.
• Source control using Bitbucket.
• Maven, test-driven development, continuous integration, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Experience with Eclipse, IntelliJ, or Visual Studio.
• At least one relational database management system and SQL, such as Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server.
• Agile/iterative development and full software development lifecycle experience.
• At least one RIA framework: jQuery, Angular, YUI, Ext JS, DOJO, or Vue.js.
• Front-end web development with JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, Ajax, and SASS.
• Must be local to Newark, DE and willing to work onsite three days per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
