About The Position
Bright Vision Technologies is hiring a Senior Java Full Stack Developer for a full-time, direct W2 position. The role is 100% remote within the United States and offers an annual salary of $100,000–$150,000. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Eight or more years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, and end-to-end system design principles.
- Advanced working knowledge of Java versions 11 and 17 and the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience designing and operating microservices architectures in production.
- Experience developing front-end applications using React.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, including query tuning and schema design.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based version control workflows, including branching strategies, code reviews, and release management.
- Hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS, Azure, or GCP, including familiarity with managed services, networking, and identity primitives.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to investigate problems methodically and document findings clearly.

- Working familiarity with Angular or Vue.
- Experience designing and operating event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent streaming platforms.
