About The Position

Seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. The successful candidate will be part of the application development team and collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams to build high-quality digital solutions. The role also contributes to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) initiatives when applicable.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java application development using Spring Boot.
• Proven experience developing full-stack applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and code quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with onsite and offshore teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing AI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies.

• Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and application performance optimization.
