About The Position

The Senior Full Stack Java Developer designs, develops, and delivers scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. The role is part of an application development team and works collaboratively with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams to build high-quality digital solutions. It also provides technical guidance to offshore development teams and may contribute to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise application development.
• Proven experience developing full-stack applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and code quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with onsite and offshore teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing AI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies.
