About The Position

Wipro is hiring a Java Full Stack Developer for a hands-on technical role developing software applications. The position involves building Java enterprise and Angular applications, creating reusable Angular modules and components, and developing maintainable, readable, and efficient code using clean coding principles, design patterns, and best practices. The role requires working with databases, application servers, web servers, and testing frameworks in a fast-paced agile development environment. Experience with low-latency, high-availability transactional applications and distributed caching is a plus.

The expected compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation depends on factors including geographic location, minimum-wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Employment in some roles may be conditioned on completing a post-offer drug screening, subject to applicable state law.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in technical software application development.
• In-depth knowledge and application of Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, EJB, and TypeScript.
• User interface development experience with Angular, RxJS, WebSockets, and HTML5.
• Thorough understanding of current Java features and fundamentals, including exception handling, static blocks/variables/classes, object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading, HTTP sessions and session handling, and reactive programming paradigms.
• Experience creating custom, general-use modules and components that extend core Angular elements and modules.
• Exposure to Oracle on a UNIX platform, including awareness of database design, SQL scripting, and performance tuning.
• Awareness of WebLogic application servers and web servers.
• Work experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit 5 and TestNG.
• Ability to create unit test scripts for Angular components using standard frameworks.
• Ability to adhere to clean coding principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Mandatory skill: Fullstack Java Enterprise.

• Experience with transactional applications for low-latency, high-availability use cases.
