About The Position

The Senior IT Security Administrator supports IT security operations for Uline, a growing North American enterprise. The role focuses on maintaining security applications and systems, managing security controls, risk management, and resilience. The administrator collaborates with IT and other business teams to develop security procedures that strengthen the company’s security posture while supporting seamless business operations. The position also contributes to threat operations, personnel support, policy enforcement, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives, and communicates technical security concepts to business users, developers, architects, and managers. All positions are on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of IT security operations experience.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level applications and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT security applications and systems, focusing on security controls, risk management, and resilience.
• Collaborate with IT and other business teams to develop security procedures that enhance the security posture and ensure seamless business operations.
• Contribute to the threat operations program, including personnel support, policy enforcement, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Communicate technical security concepts effectively to business users, developers, architects, and managers.
