About The Position
Uline is hiring a Senior IT Security Administrator at its corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role supports IT security operations for a growing North American enterprise, protecting the business against evolving threats. The administrator maintains security applications and systems, supports security controls, risk management, and resilience, and works with IT and business teams to improve security procedures while enabling seamless business operations. The position also contributes to threat operations, policy enforcement, personnel support, and cybersecurity awareness. All positions are on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of IT security operations experience.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level applications and security practices.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IT security applications and systems, focusing on security controls, risk management, and resilience.
- Collaborate with IT and other business teams to develop security procedures that strengthen the security posture and support seamless business operations.
- Contribute to the threat operations program, including personnel support, policy enforcement, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
- Communicate technical security concepts effectively to business users, developers, architects, and managers.
