About The Position

We have an opportunity for Senior IT Process Architect to join our Office of the CIO, IT team reporting to the Sr. Director IT Business Operations. In this pivotal role, you will help move IT from emerging architecture and process management practices toward a unified, capability- and process-centric operating model with stronger governance, better traceability, and clearly measurable outcomes. Collaborating closely with delivery teams, enterprise architects and other technical stakeholders, you will define and evolve IT process architecture, establish process standards and governance, and translate strategic priorities into practical roadmaps for process, technology, and operating model changes. You will play an important role in translating and transforming IT processes into scalable autonomous IT operations practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in process architecture, business process management, enterprise transformation, enterprise architecture, or a related discipline
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and guide decision-making
• Experience supporting transformation programs, automation initiatives, or operating model change efforts
• Proven ability to influence leaders and stakeholders across distributed ownership models
• Experience defining or maturing enterprise process architecture, BPM governance, or process standards in a complex cross-functional environment
• Expertise in end-to-end process design, current-state and future-state analysis, value stream mapping, and process decomposition
• Proven ability to connect processes with systems, data, controls, operating models, and measurable business outcomes
• Familiarity with BPMN or similar modeling approaches and tools such as ARIS, Signavio, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Nice To Haves

• Lean Six Sigma, CBPP, TOGAF, Prosci, or similar certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Support major IT transformation initiatives by ensuring process architecture informs planning, solution design, development, and change management
• Design new and review existing IT processes and optimize for automation
• Coach stakeholders on process thinking, governance expectations, and outcome-based design
• Establish process taxonomy, standards, and principles that create consistency across teams
• Partner with architecture, delivery, data, and IT leaders to align process decisions with strategic priorities and technology roadmaps
• Develop and maintain process architecture models, including visual representations of core, guiding, and enabling processes
• Maintain process assets and repositories
