About The Position
The Senior IT Operations Manager leads enterprise IT operations at Uline, ensuring reliable, high-quality technology services across the growing business. The role develops high-performing teams and builds partnerships between IT and business leaders. It analyzes operational performance and trends, turns findings into clear recommendations for leadership, and drives improvements to IT service delivery. The manager also provides strategic leadership for disaster recovery initiatives that protect critical systems and strengthen operational resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience working in IT operations, including 24/7 IT Service Desk management experience.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
