About The Position

The Senior IT Digital Product Owner, Exchange leads prioritization and delivery alignment for Exchange, BOK Financial’s digital gateway to commercial banking services, within an agile technology environment. The role works with Product Managers, software engineering, quality engineering, project management, UX, and business stakeholders to translate product direction into clear priorities, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. It also drives adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices in partnership with product, quality, and engineering teams. The position is part of a collaborative, learning-oriented, and innovative team that experiments with new tools and methodologies. The role aligns delivery priorities with customer needs and business outcomes while balancing new capabilities, platform reliability, and operational readiness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
At least seven years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related technology delivery role.
Ability to lead through influence, negotiate competing priorities, and drive alignment across teams.
Ability to assess demand, negotiate scope, and prioritize work based on value, timing, and feasibility.
Ability to break down work, sequence delivery, and manage dependencies across teams.
Ability to build strong working relationships and set and manage expectations.
Ability to manage work from idea to production in an agile and hybrid delivery environment.
Strong platform understanding and technical context to guide priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Ability to use data, delivery metrics, and product performance insights to guide decisions.
Ability to apply AI tools to technology delivery and guide adoption across teams, using sound judgment around data protection, validation, and human oversight.
Ability to communicate complex priorities, risks, and trade-offs clearly to technical and business audiences.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience owning complex product domains or platforms and leading cross-team or enterprise-level initiatives.
Experience with commercial banking platforms or other complex, regulated technology environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy into quarterly delivery roadmaps, balancing business value, capacity, dependencies, and risk.
Champion AI-enabled delivery practices, supporting adoption and measuring improvements in delivery speed, quality, and business value.
Own intake and backlog prioritization, defining clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready work with teams.
Lead delivery planning across teams, addressing capacity, dependencies, risks, and readiness.
Use delivery metrics and product performance insights to guide decisions and communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Manage dependencies, trade-offs, and blockers to protect delivery.
Align delivery priorities with customer needs and business outcomes, balancing new capabilities with platform reliability and operational readiness.
