About The Position

Trafilea is hiring a Senior IT Agile Project Manager to join its PMO team and take ownership of technology execution and business results. The role leads cross-functional IT initiatives, connects business strategy with technology delivery, and optimizes frameworks and processes that help teams operate at scale. The mission is to turn complexity into execution, align teams around priorities, and ensure technology projects deliver measurable business impact. The position leads technology projects and programs from planning through launch, translating business priorities and OKRs into roadmaps and execution plans. It coordinates Agile delivery across IT squads, manages portfolio dependencies and resources, supports ERP and integration initiatives, and improves project management processes and team efficiency. The role also aligns stakeholders, supports quarterly planning and backlog prioritization, and monitors KPIs and project progress through Asana.

Requirements

Strong experience leading complex technology projects and programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Solid knowledge of Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices.
Experience working with software development teams, ERP systems, integrations, and IT workflows.
Hands-on experience with Asana or similar platforms, plus familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and Lucidchart.
Ability to connect business objectives with technology execution, project priorities, and measurable results.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to workflows and operational performance.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment.
Proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-oriented, with strong communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple technology projects and programs from planning through launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes.
Translate business priorities and OKRs into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
Coordinate Scrum ceremonies, optimize sprint execution, and improve productivity across IT squads.
Manage project dependencies, resource allocation, priorities, risks, and delivery commitments across teams.
Coordinate ERP and integration initiatives, supporting development workflows and IT business processes.
Champion Trafilea's Operational Framework and continuously improve project management processes and team efficiency.
Align IT leaders, Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to drive accountability and decisions.
Support quarterly planning, backlog management, squad structures, and prioritization methodologies.
Monitor KPIs, project dashboards, and execution progress, using data-informed improvements through Asana.
