About The Position
Join RBC Investor Services in a key role where you'll take ownership of client invoicing excellence for billing our clients. You'll manage data from all systems while driving meaningful improvements to our billing processes and procedures. This is an ideal opportunity to deepen your expertise in billing while collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Requirements
- Expert in Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven organizational and time management capability
- Minimum 5+ years of financial services preferred

- In depth knowledge of Custody (Pension, Insurance, Fund, or ICS) or Funds Business
Responsibilities
- Manage Client Invoicing processes locally: data acquisition, system support, client fee set up, production and controls
- Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining initiatives and controls to standardize various processes relating to timely, accurate and complete billing and collection of all client core service fee revenue
- The key focus of this role will be to manage operational risks linked to the invoicing system, training, and focus on process streamlining to increase quality and efficiency of the invoicing process overall
- Works with key stakeholders that are also part of the revenue generation cycle: Revenue Assurance / Profitability, S&D directors, Client Operations senior management, Finance and Operational Risk
