About The Position

This role provides primary support for Epic applications, coordinating all issues that arise during the project and beyond. The Senior Application Analyst will maintain current knowledge of the organization’s policies, procedures, and business operations. This position is for a growth opportunity within the team, seeking talented individuals to join and contribute to the organization's success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of analyst experience and current Epic applications certification
Associate degree with 5+ years analyst experience and current Epic applications certification
8+ years CGH analyst experience with current certification in Epic applications
Current Epic applications certification (During project start-up, training grace period will apply to Epic certification for current employees.)
Resolute Hospital Billing Experience

Responsibilities

Lead support for the application's end-users
Identify issues that arise in your application area as well as issues that impact other application teams and work to resolve them
Lead workflow design, build and testing of the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with Epic software
Identify and implement requested changes to the system
Serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and Epic implementation staff
Serve as lead communicator with Epic representatives, including weekly project team meetings
Work with Epic representatives, your organization's business community, and end users to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs in regards to the project deliverables and timeline
Maintain thorough understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows by attending site visits and other integrated sessions
Participate in and/or facilitate training and work with end users
Troubleshoot problems and questions
Review and assist leadership in prioritizing the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis
Hold weekly communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones
Other duties as assigned.
