QuadMed is looking for a Clinical Epic Application Analyst to join their team. This is a remote role with on-call requirements 3-4 days a month. The Clinical Systems Analyst III (CSA III) functions as the support contact and expert for their assigned Epic applications. This team member works under the direction of the Clinical Systems Analyst Lead to configure, build and install the application. The CSA III coordinates all issues that arise during the application build phase. Key operational activities include primary responsibility for analyzing workflows and understanding policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the application. Investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality is required. Key technical activities include the analysis of new releases to determine how workflow should be modified, building and populating databases and tables during initial system configuration, conducting system testing and conversion data validation in collaboration with Clinic Operations. Develops and documents internal procedures and establishes change control processes for the application. The CSA III functions as a contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users. This individual must be a skilled communicator who makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position. This team member helps end-user departments in the design, and implementation of new applications, systems, enhancements, and required maintenance. Other responsibilities are to participate in the design, coding, testing, and documentation of new or existing applications.
