This role focuses on Marketing/Sales Support for the APAC Greater China and SEA region. The position involves working with and supporting regional management and market GMs on priorities and strategy for implementing promotions, product launches, and sales initiatives. This includes managing reports, coordinating with internal partners, maintaining energy map calendars, and researching and developing sales ideas and plans.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must represent the APAC team well in a cross-functional environment, at times under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Works in partnership with the market and appropriate departments on new market launch and business development plan for the region.
  • Manages regional Anaplan promotion entry and approval process, ensuring accurate and timely planning, approval and promotion execution.
  • Research and develop new sales program and promotion ideas.
  • Collaborate with the market on product planning and operations.
  • Partners with the regional markets in developing solutions to improve processes for market support, marketing, and operations.
  • Works in partnership with the market to keep the dōTERRA culture and branding intact.
  • Assists with creating marketing strategies for market development and growth.
  • Provides input and feedback on promotions including annual promotions calendar, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Convention Kits, Tours, BOGOs, Christmas Facilities.
  • Helps each market to get financial approval for a market-specific promotional calendar and products.
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure new products and promotions go live at the appropriate time and through the appropriate means.
  • Ensures marketing and communication flow between headquarters and the regional markets.
  • Manager of corporate APAC regional marketing/sales team.
  • Approves sick leave/PTO requests for direct reports.
  • Handles disciplinary issues for direct reports as needed.
  • Makes sure direct report employees are trained and gives additional training as needed or arranges for them to receive training.
  • Gives direction to direct reports and guides them in prioritizing projects and assignments.
  • Accepts special projects as needed.
