JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. Perform duties as an Intelligence Analyst (Scientific and Technical) Lead in design concerned with developments in basic scientific and technical (S&T) research and development including engineering and production techniques, technology, and weapons systems and their capabilities and characteristics. S&T Intelligence Analysts may be involved in Research, Development, Test Support, Documentation, Briefings and Presentations, and All-Source Intelligence Analysis. Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties: Provide or assist with leadership, organization, vision, innovation, and supervisory skills to a technical branch. Compile, develop, analyze, produce, and maintain technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications. Research and develop written and oral multi-domain analytic briefings and reports for internal and external customers. Coordinate and work with external agencies to include intelligence community participants and developmental and operational test community. Direct interface and liaison with customers at all levels from quotation to final design and test. Lead specialized technical groups/committees.
