About The Position

The Senior Integration Developer provides technical development expertise for Trulieve’s integration environment, including SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, and SAP API Management projects from design through interface development. The role uses established tools to maintain data flows between internal and external applications, supports existing and new interfaces, writes code to specifications, and performs technical analysis that affects system operations. The developer partners with infrastructure and architecture teams to meet service-level standards and roadmap requirements. The position contributes to global SAP S/4HANA implementations and integrations among cloud platforms and applications, point-of-sale systems, and eCommerce platforms. It also supports integration strategy and architecture, development and testing, documentation, code reviews, production troubleshooting, and sustainable post-implementation support. The role may manage small- to mid-scale projects and tasks, defining scope and deliverables for applications and interfaces involving SAP and non-SAP systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
At least 6–8 years of combined IT and SAP experience.
At least 4 years of experience with middleware software systems, including SAP Integration Suite and its components, including CPI development.
Experience with API development, Groovy scripts, SAP CPI development, and SAP BTP Advanced Event Mesh.
Experience with XML, Java, ABAP, and XSLT mapping of data in various formats.
Knowledge of network protocols including Ethernet, TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, REST API, and SOAP.
Understanding of cloud systems, including PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS.
Experience with JavaScript, technical reporting, RFCs, and BAPIs.
Experience integrating multiple cloud systems.
Experience with ABAP proxies, alert monitoring, ALE configuration, RFC, IDoc, JMS adapters, SOAP, REST, web services, and OData services.
Experience with ABAP Workbench tools, including ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Editor, and Area Menus, as well as SAP OData services.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with management and retail partners.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP BTP Datasphere and Smart Data Integration.
AI skills.
Experience with the Magento eCommerce platform.

Responsibilities

Design and develop interfaces using SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, Open Connectors, B2B, SAP BTP Advanced Event Mesh, and SAP API Management.
Manage integration projects and subprojects for global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Integrate cloud platforms and applications, including SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur, and Employee Central Payroll, as well as point-of-sale systems and eCommerce platforms.
Advise clients on integration strategy and architecture.
Support integration project development to deliver sustainable systems with a focus on long-term and post-implementation support.
Work with OData services, Fiori apps, BTP services, and BTP apps.
Manage small- to mid-scale projects and tasks, including defining deliverables and scope for new or existing applications and interfaces, including S/4HANA-to-S/4HANA and SAP-to-non-SAP systems.
Collaborate with functional and technical team members to gather requirements, design, develop, and configure repository objects, and recommend integration-tool maintenance to technical and Basis teams.
Prepare detailed technical specifications and test plans for program development.
Monitor and update application maintenance notifications for research and message posting.
Create development estimates and technical design documents; execute unit and functional test plans; and perform code reviews to check adherence to department standards.
Develop and test custom objects for interfaces, data conversions, workflows, and enhancements ranging from simple to complex.
Troubleshoot production support issues and perform analysis to resolve them.
