Senior Installation Technician
About The Position
Diversified is hiring a senior field installation technician to install, integrate, and validate complex broadcast, media, enterprise AV, and experiential AV systems. The technician may lead assigned work areas and provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians, while supporting project schedules and milestones. The role involves interpreting engineering documentation, verifying fabrication alignment, participating in testing and commissioning, communicating field risks and conditions, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. The position does not have overall site authority.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- AVIXA CTS certification.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- 5–7 years of installation experience.
- Rack integration and systems installation experience.
- Ability to read engineering documentation.
- Troubleshooting capability.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Dante Level 1 or 2 certification.
- Manufacturer training.
Responsibilities
- Install and integrate complex systems.
