About The Position

Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks to hire an experienced information technology professional for an available full-time Senior System Engineer Cloud Solutions role. This role involves engineering and building highly secure cloud and Office 365 solutions to meet business requirements, with accountability for the configuration, security, and stability of the cloud infrastructure. The position requires managing and monitoring cloud services and hybrid infrastructure, collaborating with IT leadership and business units to understand requirements, and developing and executing plans for responsive solutions. The engineer will maintain a deep understanding of platform changes, plan for their absorption without operational interruption, and ensure maximum benefit. They will monitor and communicate service performance to stakeholders, ensuring service delivery meets business requirements and SLAs. Additionally, the role involves acting as an evangelist for Office 365 and Cloud technologies, including training and developing support IT staff. Creating and maintaining policies and documentation for Office 365, Azure, AWS, and other cloud services, and educating staff on their proper use are key responsibilities. Collaboration with other IT staff (networking, security, support, applications) for effective issue resolution and documenting system changes using change management best practices are also essential. Maintaining a highly secure system through proper configuration and access monitoring, and staying updated with evolving technologies are critical.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem – including Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Azure Storage, App Services, Azure Networking and Azure Active Directory
• 8+ years of experience designing, supporting, deploying and evolving technology platforms and infrastructure in a highly distributed business environment
• 8+ years of Microsoft Windows Server administration experience
• 5+ years of Office 365 administration experience (over 700 users)
• 3+ years of experience designing, deploying and supporting Azure providing support to mission-critical and highly secure workloads
• Candidates must be U.S. residents who are legally authorized to work in the United States without need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and build highly secure cloud and Office 365 solutions to meet business requirements
• Accountable for the configuration, security and stability of the Cloud infrastructure
• Manage and monitor cloud services and hybrid infrastructure
• Work with IT leadership and business units to understand requirements, and develop and execute plans to implement and deploy responsive solutions
• Maintain a detailed understanding of pending changes to the platform, and develop plans to absorb changes without operational interruption, and with maximum benefit
• Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services
• Ensure service delivery meets the business requirements and associated SLAs
• Serve as an evangelist for Office 365 and Cloud technologies and related skills, including the training and development of support IT staff
• Create and maintain policies and documentation regarding the proper use of Office 365, Azure, AWS and other cloud services and support
• Educate IT and business staff on policies and procedures for Microsoft and other cloud platforms
• Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, support and applications to facilitate effective issue resolution
• Document changes to systems using change management best practices
• Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
• Keep up to date with evolving technologies and platforms
